Deborah has been guiding people and organizations through radical change for over 20 years. Her superpower is her ability to create order out of chaos, and she excels in complex and ambiguous situations where the stakes are high and the timelines are short.
Deborah earned her MBA at the Marshall School of Business, where she was selected as one of two Presidential Leadership Fellows who studied leadership directly with Warren Bennis. She continued her studies at the Foster School of Business, where she earned her PhD and was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement.
She spends her free time reading, traveling, and embarrassing her two teenagers.
